At Albany Infant School and Nursery we have been awarded the Eco Schools Green Flag award. One of the areas of the award is 'Healthy Living'. We wanted to let you know about a new integrated wellbeing service - 'Your Health Your Way', funded by Notts County Council, who provide free support to families to aid in a healthier lifestyle [as well as to adults for weight loss, quitting smoking and alcohol reduction]. Activities available include cooking sessions and exercise fun for the whole family.
